Canviar un h\u00e0bit, sobretot un de poc saludable, requereix const\u00e0ncia, paci\u00e8ncia i, moltes vegades, m\u00e9s for\u00e7a de voluntat de la que creiem tenir. Estem aqu\u00ed per ajudar-vos a trobar una estrat\u00e8gia que funcioni per a vosaltres, que us inspiri, que us motivi, i que pugui mantenir-se al llarg del temps.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest \u00e9s el vostre moment. Com va explicar James Clear, al seu llibre \u201cAtomic Habits\u201d, aproximadament el 40-50% del que fem di\u00e0riament \u00e9s autom\u00e0tic. Per aix\u00f2, construir bons h\u00e0bits no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s \u00fatil, \u00e9s essencial!  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avui compartim els <strong>4 passos clau <\/strong>del llibre per formar h\u00e0bits duradors, i com aplicar-los a la seva salut, benestar i longevitat.<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1057 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.neolifesalud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bienestar-y-habitos-saludables-1.png\" alt=\"h\u00e0bits saludables\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.<strong>Feu-ho obvi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un <strong>h\u00e0bit<\/strong> necessita un senyal clar per activar-se. Si no veiem el \u201cdisparador\u201d, el m\u00e9s probable \u00e9s que se&#8217;ns passi. Els recordatoris visuals s\u00f3n els teus millors aliats: com m\u00e9s evident, millor.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfVol llegir abans de dormir? deixi el llibre damunt el coix\u00ed. <\/li>\n<li>\u00bfPrendre m\u00e9s aigua? utilitzi una ampolla cridanera i coloqui-la damunt el seu escriptori. <\/li>\n<li>\u00bfMillorar. la postura? posi una nota en el seu ordinador que digui \u201cEsquena recta&#8221;. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consell pr\u00e0ctic: per als que estan comen\u00e7ant amb l&#8217;entrenament de for\u00e7a, deixeu un pes visible en un lloc clau: al costat de la cafetera, al costat del sof\u00e0 o fins i tot al bany. Associar el nou h\u00e0bit amb una acci\u00f3 quotidiana (com preparar el caf\u00e8) ajuda a integrar-lo f\u00e0cilment a la <strong>rutina<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. <strong>Fes-ho atractiu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ens atrau el que ens resulta plaent o divertit. Si el nou <strong>h\u00e0bit<\/strong> se sent com un c\u00e0stig, ser\u00e0 dif\u00edcil sostenir-ho. Per\u00f2 si ho tornem desitjable, tenim mig cam\u00ed recorregut.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si esteu deixant el sucre, proveu receptes dolces amb fruites o snacks saludables i saborosos.<\/li>\n<li>Si us costa fer exercici, poseu la vostra m\u00fasica preferida o un podcast que nom\u00e9s escolteu durant aquesta activitat.<\/li>\n<li>Transformi h\u00e0bits en rituals: encendre una espelma abans de meditar, o fer servir roba esportiva que li agradi per entrenar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consell pr\u00e0ctic: Viatja molt i tem trencar la rutina? Porteu amb tu bandes el\u00e0stiques o peses port\u00e0tils. Investigueu parcs propers abans del vostre viatge. L&#8217;anticipaci\u00f3 i la planificaci\u00f3 converteixen el que \u00e9s complicat en senzill.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. <strong>Fes-ho f\u00e0cil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No subestimi el poder de comen\u00e7ar amb alguna cosa petita. Si <strong>l&#8217;h\u00e0bit <\/strong>\u00e9s molt exigent des del comen\u00e7ament, \u00e9s probable que l&#8217;abandoni. La clau \u00e9s eliminar friccions i facilitar l&#8217; acci\u00f3.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Li costa sortir a c\u00f3rrer? Nom\u00e9s posi&#8217;s la roba esportiva. Si fa aix\u00f2, ja \u00e9s a mig cam\u00ed.  <\/li>\n<li>Li costa meditar? Comenceu amb nom\u00e9s 2 minuts. <\/li>\n<li>Li aclapara cuinar sa cada dia? Prepareu porcions dobles i congeleu per a la setmana. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consell pr\u00e0ctic: Viatja molt i tem trencar la <strong>rutina<\/strong>? Porteu amb tu bandes el\u00e0stiques o peses port\u00e0tils. Investigueu parcs propers abans del vostre viatge. L&#8217;anticipaci\u00f3 i la planificaci\u00f3 converteixen el que \u00e9s complicat en senzill.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Fes-ho satisfactori<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Volem repetir all\u00f2 que ens fa sentir b\u00e9. Veure progressos tangibles o rebre recompenses fa que el nostre cervell digui: \u201caix\u00f2 val la pena!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Utilitzeu una app per veure el seu progr\u00e9s en passos, somni o alimentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Porteu un diari on anoteu com es va sentir despr\u00e9s de cada sessi\u00f3 d&#8217;exercici.<\/li>\n<li>Feu un \u201cterm\u00f2metre d&#8217;h\u00e0bits\u201d i acoloriu un quadre per cada dia complert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consell pr\u00e0ctic: celebreu els seus \u00e8xits de forma coherent. Vas complir un mes entrenant? Regali&#8217;s una pe\u00e7a esportiva nova o una classe especial. Aqu\u00ed els compartim <strong>quatre passos clau <\/strong>m\u00e9s, juntament amb exemples reals i poderosos que poden inspirar-lo a prendre acci\u00f3 avui mateix: <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.<strong>Fes-ho invisible<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La temptaci\u00f3 que no veu \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil ignorar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemples inspiradors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si esteu deixant l&#8217;alcohol, no el tingueu a casa. Deseu-lo en un lloc de dif\u00edcil acc\u00e9s o no el compri <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si no voleu mirar el m\u00f2bil abans de dormir, deixeu-lo en una altra habitaci\u00f3. No val l&#8217;excusa de l&#8217;\u00fas com a despertador, canvieu i utilitzeu un despertador tradicional. <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si esteu deixant de veure tanta televisi\u00f3, desinstal\u00b7leu les apps de streaming del vostre m\u00f2bil o bloquegeu l&#8217;acc\u00e9s amb una app de control parental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>L&#8217;entorn mana. Si canvieu el vostre entorn, canvieu-ne el comportament.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. <strong>Fes-ho una mica atractiu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Converteixi el plaer momentani en un recordatori del mal que causa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemples poderosos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si esteu deixant de fumar, poseu una imatge impactant dels pulmons danyats a la cartera o estoig de cigarretes.<\/li>\n<li>Si voleu reduir el sucre, poseu una foto de les seves an\u00e0lisis de sang o un gr\u00e0fic del risc de diabetis a la cuina.<\/li>\n<li>Est\u00e0 intentant deixar una relaci\u00f3 t\u00f2xica? anoteu les frases que m\u00e9s el van ferir i llegiu-les quan senti la temptaci\u00f3 de tornar. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Recordeu per qu\u00e8 vas comen\u00e7ar. La seva salut, la seva pau mental, el seu futur valen m\u00e9s que un plaer instantani.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. <strong>Fes-ho dif\u00edcil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com m\u00e9s complicat sigui accedir al mal h\u00e0bit, menys ho far\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemples pr\u00e1ctics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si voleu deixar de menjar menjar escombraries, no la compreu. Aix\u00ed de simple. Sense patates fregides a casa, no hi ha patates fregides per menjar.  <\/li>\n<li>Si utilitzeu massa temps xarxes socials, esborreu les apps del tel\u00e8fon i accediu nom\u00e9s des d&#8217;un ordinador en moments espec\u00edfics.<\/li>\n<li>Si voleu reduir el temps d&#8217;\u00fas del m\u00f2bil, deseu-lo nom\u00e9s arribar a casa i passi m\u00e9s temps amb la fam\u00edlia, tots ho agrairan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8220;Posi-li obstacles al seu antic jo. Feu que el seu jo futur ho tingui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil per triar b\u00e9.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Fes-ho insatisfactori<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Associa&#8217;l a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives perqu\u00e8 deixi de ser gratificant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemples impactants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per cada vegada que fumi, doni diners a una causa que no doni suport. Fa mal, oi? Justament aquesta \u00e9s la idea.  <\/li>\n<li>Si cau en l&#8217;h\u00e0bit de procrastinar, expliqui p\u00fablicament la teva meta i doni perm\u00eds a un amic de publicar-lo si no la compleix.<\/li>\n<li>Cada vegada que trenqui la seva dieta sense necessitat, faci 50 sentadetes o netegi una part inc\u00f2moda del a casa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cQuan fer all\u00f2 dolent t\u00e9 un cost, deixa de justificar-ho tan f\u00e0cilment.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trencar un mal <strong>h\u00e0bit<\/strong> no es tracta de castigar-lo, sin\u00f3 de cuidar-lo. Feu que el cam\u00ed f\u00e0cil sigui el cam\u00ed saludable. Recordeu: el canvi no \u00e9s un acte de m\u00e0gia, \u00e9s un acte de decisi\u00f3. Avui pot ser aquest primer pas.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els h\u00e0bits no es formen d&#8217;un dia per l&#8217;altre, per\u00f2 amb les eines adequades, s\u00ed que es fan sostenibles. Penseu-hi com a inversions a llarg termini en la vostra salut, energia i felicitat. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En comptes de proposar-se metes inassolibles, comenci per h\u00e0bits simples, ben dissenyats i repetits dia a dia.
