Quina \u00e9s la difer\u00e8ncia? Es pot menjar saludable sense tenir una dieta equilibrada, o viceversa?  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em> Adriana Mart\u00edn Peral &#8211; Unitat de Nutrici\u00f3 Neolife<\/em><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 vol dir menjar saludable?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menjar saludable implica triar aliments que aportin beneficis reals al nostre organisme. Aix\u00f2 inclou una varietat de nutrients essencials com a vitamines, minerals, antioxidants, fibra i greixos saludables. Els aliments t\u00edpicament considerats saludables s\u00f3n: fruites i verdures, llegums, fruits secs i llavors, greixos saludables, cereals integrals o prote\u00efnes magres.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest tipus d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 es basa en aliments m\u00ednimament <strong>processats,<\/strong> naturals o dorigen integral. Menjar saludable tamb\u00e9 implica reduir el consum de <strong>productes ultraprocessats,<\/strong> que solen contenir sucres afegits, sodi en exc\u00e9s, greixos trans i additius artificials. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per\u00f2 compte: saludable no sempre significa suficient o equilibrat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 vol dir menjar equilibrat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menjar equilibrat va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels aliments que tries: es tracta de cobrir les <strong>necessitats nutricionals <\/strong>del cos en quantitat i proporci\u00f3 adequada. Una alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada contempla: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Macronutrients <\/strong>(carbohidrats, prote\u00efnes i greixos) en proporcions correctes per a la seva edat, nivell d&#8217;activitat i metabolisme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Micronutrients <\/strong>(vitamines i minerals) en quantitats suficients.<\/li>\n<li>Una <strong>varietat d&#8217;aliments<\/strong> provinents de tots els grups alimentaris.<\/li>\n<li>Un bon <strong>balan\u00e7 cal\u00f2ric:<\/strong> ni exc\u00e9s ni d\u00e8ficit perllongat sense control professional.<\/li>\n<li>Horaris i rutines que permetin una digesti\u00f3 eficient i un metabolisme saludable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1057 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.neolifesalud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nutricion-1-2.png\" alt=\"nutrici\u00f3\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Es pot menjar saludable per\u00f2 no equilibrat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00ed, i de fet \u00e9s molt com\u00fa. Exemple: una persona que menja nom\u00e9s amanides, fruites i batuts. Tot i que tots els aliments s\u00f3n saludables, probablement est\u00e0 consumint poca prote\u00efna, poques calories o insuficient greix bo. Aix\u00f2 pot generar fatiga, manca de concentraci\u00f3, p\u00e8rdua de massa muscular i problemes hormonals a llarg termini.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Es pot menjar equilibrat sense menjar saludable?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9. Per exemple, una dieta basada en productes ultraprocessats pot estar \u201cequilibrada\u201d en termes de calories i macronutrients, per\u00f2 pobra en qualitat nutricional. Aix\u00f2 pot provocar inflamaci\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica, exc\u00e9s de pes, diabetis tipus 2 o altres malalties metab\u00f2liques.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quins s\u00f3n els errors m\u00e9s comuns?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Reduir massa certs grups alimentaris: <\/strong>moltes persones eliminen els carbohidrats del tot pensant que s\u00f3n \u201cdolents\u201d. Tot i aix\u00f2, els carbohidrats complexos (com els cereals integrals) s\u00f3n fonamentals com a font d&#8217;energia. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;evid\u00e8ncia mostra que un baix consum de carbohidrats, sobretot complexos que s\u00f3n una font de fibra excel\u00b7lent, compromet la nostra salut bacteriana a llarg termini, provocant en la majoria de casos alteracions a nivell intestinal.  <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Confondre dietes de moda amb salut:<\/strong> dieta keto, dejuni intermitent, detox\u2026 No totes les estrat\u00e8gies populars s\u00f3n adequades per a tothom. Algunes poden provocar desequilibris si no es fan amb supervisi\u00f3 professional. El dejuni intermitent podria ser un enfocament saludable per cuidar-se, per\u00f2, si amb aix\u00f2 reduirem la nostra ingesta proteica, la nostra massa muscular disminuir\u00e0 i per tant estarem portant una alimentaci\u00f3 desequilibrada  <\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">S<strong>obrevalorar el \u201cfit\u201d o el \u201clight\u201d:<\/strong> un producte baix en greix o sense sucre no sempre \u00e9s saludable. Molts productes \u201clight\u201d estan altament processats o contenen edulcorants artificials, que no necess\u00e0riament s\u00f3n millors. Per tant, estem davant d&#8217;un producte que possiblement sigui equilibrat pel que fa a macronutrients per\u00f2 que no sigui saludable.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1057 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.neolifesalud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nutricion-2-2.png\" alt=\"Nutrici\u00f3\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aleshores, quina \u00e9s la clau?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La clau \u00e9s combinar tots dos enfocaments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aliments reals, naturals i variats.<\/li>\n<li>Proporcions adequades segons les vostres necessitats.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibilitat per gaudir sense culpa.<\/li>\n<li>Escoltar el seu cos: gana, sacietat, energia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No es tracta de comptar calories obsessivament ni de menjar \u201cperfecte\u201d tot el temps. <strong>Una alimentaci\u00f3 sana i equilibrada <\/strong>\u00e9s aquella que pot sostenir en el temps, que el fa sentir b\u00e9 f\u00edsicament i mentalment, i que no es basa en la culpa, la restricci\u00f3 o la por d&#8217;engreixar-se <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Consells pr\u00e0ctics per aconseguir-ho<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incloeu sempre una font de prote\u00efna, un carbohidrat complex i un greix saludable en cada \u00e0pat (segueix el m\u00e8tode del \u201cPlat de Harvard\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>No temis als aliments naturals amb calories: l&#8217;alvocat, les nous o l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, ja que s\u00f3n rics en \u00e0cids grassos essencials, imprescindibles per al funcionament correcte del cos.<\/li>\n<li>Eviteu menjar nom\u00e9s per ansietat, costum o avorriment. Aprendre a distingir la gana real de l&#8217;emocional. <\/li>\n<li>Planifiqueu els vostres \u00e0pats per no improvisar amb el primer que trobeu.<\/li>\n<li>No es castigui si un dia menja de m\u00e9s o tria alguna cosa fora del que \u00e9s \u201csaludable\u201d.
