Est\u00e0 regulada principalment per hormones com la leptina, la insulina i la colecistoquinina, que envia senyals al cervell per reduir la gana despr\u00e9s d&#8217;ingerir aliments. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En termes simples, estar saciada \u00e9s sentir que ja no tens gana f\u00edsica. Aquest estat es pot assolir menjant grans quantitats d&#8217;aliments, fins i tot si aquests no s\u00f3n especialment nutritius o agradables.
