In these trying times we are currently living, full of uncertainty, concern, and fear, here at Neolife, we wish to offer you all of our support.

On the one hand, we’ll continue facilitating access to your treatments in a manner that is most comfortable for you, while minimizing your need to leave your home and your contact with others, as recommended by health authorities. On the other hand, we’ll make ourselves available to all our active patients, reinforcing your care at no additional cost for any consultation related to COVID-19 and to general medicine and nutrition for those with a follow-up program. Moreover, we wish to provide valuable information about COVID-19 infection that will help you understand the preventive recommendations made.

Dear patients,

In these trying times we are currently living, full of uncertainty, concern, and fear, here at Neolife, we wish to offer you all of our support.

Our main priority during the first two weeks of self-isolation has been to ensure the continuity of your treatments, in a manner that is most comfortable for you, while minimizing your need to leave your home and your contact with others, as recommended by health authorities. Accordingly, we have taken the following measures:

  • Our entire team will continue to work for you at a distance during normal operating hours: communications are taking place as usual, via e-mail, telephone or videoconference.
  • The medical and nutrition management team have worked to adapt and make all treatment protocols more flexible.
  • Face-to-face care when required For all those patients who need medical care from the nursing department (blood tests, injections, etc.), we have established one day a week on which you may go to the clinic in person, while scrupulously following the safety measures and hygiene protocols.

On the other hand, we want you to know that we are by your side in your efforts to overcome these harsh times as soon as possible, in a spirit of total solidarity. Therefore, we want to offer all our active patients and immediate family members (children or parents) the following benefits:

  • As we are aware that access to reliable information and medical care at this time is not easy, we offer free telephone consultations or general medical videoconferencing to answer questions regarding COVID-19: what symptoms should make us seek medical assistance, what we can do to improve our immunity. We’ll be happy to give you the support and help you need.
  • For our follow-up program patients, in the event that you may require it, we will reinforce your nutritional follow-up with the necessary sessions at no additional cost to you.
  • For all Neolife patients, we’ll provide authorization during this time for the online purchase of protein products of high biological value to control weight gain from the Ysonut and Essential Diet labs. These snacks or substitutes can only be prescribed and authorized by a physician or nutritionist within a nutritional program, but we understand that they can be beneficial for our patients in this current situation, always under the supervision of our nutrition department.

For all of those who are not currently patients of Neolife, we open our doors and offer the aforementioned medical consultations at a cost of 20 euros and a new telephone/online nutritional program with the aim of losing or maintaining weight and/or maintaining healthy lifestyle habits during this quarantine.

On the other hand, we wish to shed some light and hope on the situation, and explain some aspects of the COVID-19 infection that we believe have not been fully disclosed: we want you to understand exactly how our immune system works and in this way, better understand Neolife’s recommendations at the preventive and protective level.

The emergence of new diseases, as well as bacteria and viruses, like the novel coronavirus, are situations for which we must be prepared. Hence the importance of protecting our health with a strong immune system.

For this reason, we have prepared some articles, with the aim of helping you digest the available scientific information regarding the optimization of the immune system, which we will cover in several blog posts:

  • We’ll mention the preventive and protective effect of the various supplements and hormones that we manage, so that they may achieve the optimal immune state to deal with coronavirus.
